14. Hazardous Materials and Unsafe Conditions

Unless specifically agreed in writing, standard commercial cleaning services do not include the removal or handling of hazardous substances, biohazards, asbestos, lead, medical waste, human or animal waste, toxic chemicals, illegal substances, or materials requiring specialized licensing or protective equipment.

CleanX may refuse, suspend, or discontinue work when conditions appear unsafe, unsanitary, unlawful, or outside the agreed scope of service.

15. Indemnification
